I did it! I started a new blog! I had a blog a million years ago when they were a new thing. I have no idea how to even access that platform anymore.  That could be a sign of me getting older though, but we’ll go with technology sure has changed over the years.

It wasn’t until recently that I was encouraged to start blogging again, so here we go. I can’t promise posts that will change your life or even be remotely interesting, but I hope you can somewhat enjoy my takeaways from some of the things I’m learning via life, books, people I meet walking down the street and so forth.

After about 5 months of trying to figure out A) a blog name that I liked and then B) a blog domain that I could actually use, I settled on “In The Corner”. Seemed fitting. I have a 2 year old now and sometime she goes to the corner, sometimes I need to go to the corner! I am learning that beyond that there are all sorts of ‘corners’ in our lives. Sometimes we get to be that person in someone’s corner to support them. Sometimes we need someone in our corner to be supported. Sometimes we need a break; timeout to refresh if you will and sometimes still we do things that put us in the corner and we feel alone. Posts will hopefully reflect all those aspects of being in the corner and maybe even discover more.
